  Please note that the PITTISMART app is associated with a single account. It is NOT possible to generate more than one ticket via the app or to add new users.
  These actions can only be carried out online, through the MyPitti reserved area.
  
  
  CONDITIONS OF USE
  Tickets reserved through the PITTISMART app can only be used by the person whose name appears on the ticket. They cannot be transferred, duplicated, converted into paper tickets, or refunded. To enter the fair, you must show your electronic ticket on a mobile device (smartphone/tablet) together with a valid ID. The app supports iOS and Android (Blackberry  and Windows Phone are not supported). 
• THROUGH MYPITTI
  You can get tickets for yourself and your co-workers directly from your MyPitti account.
  Please note that all tickets must be displayed using the PITTISMART app. 
  
   

  1. Access MyPitti using your username and password.
  2. If required, complete your registration by providing the requested documents. Pitti Fragranze is reserved for those who have completed the registration process and have received a confirmation email from the Pitti Immagine Visitor Office.
  3. To reserve tickets for your coworkers, insert their names on MyPitti. Please note that each coworker must have a unique email address, which will be used as their username to access the PittiSmart app.

  * Entry regulations for new suppliers depend on the type of business. In particular, only companies involved in the production of raw materials or product finishing are eligible.

  Children under 12 years old of age are not permitted to enter the event.
  However, parents may authorise the entry of children under 12 at their own responsibility by signing a consent form at the entrance to the event.

  To obtain your entrance ticket to the fair, we recommend that you first complete the online pre-registration process on MyPitti, which you can access by clicking on this link.
  
  Documents required for registration:
  A) Company documents
  - A clothing purchase invoice issued by a brand participating in the fair or by a well-known brand 
  - A copy of the company’s Chamber of Commerce registration
  B) Personal Documents
  - A document proving that you operate on behalf of the company (e.g. business card, letter of appointment)

• By car

  Located just a few steps from the center of Florence, the historic Stazione Leopolda is now an ideal venue for hosting exhibitions and events centered on contemporary culture and creativity.
  
  From the A1 Motorway (coming from either the Milan/Bologna or Naples/Rome direction) and from the A11 Firenze-Mare Motorway, the recommended exit is Firenze Nord.
  
  After the exit, continue toward the city center in the direction of Porta al Prato, following this route in order: Viale Guidoni, Via Forlanini, Viale Redi, Viale Belfiore, and finally Viale Fratelli Rosselli.
  
  Paid parking is available close to Stazione Leopolda.

• By train
  The main station is Santa Maria Novella, located in the city center and approximately 1 km from Stazione Leopolda.
  
  To reach the exhibition venue, it is recommended to take the Tramway Line T1 toward Villa Costanza, getting off at the first stop, "Porta al Prato–Leopolda".
  
  Pitti Immagine offers a special discount—starting from 10% off the base fare—on round-trip journeys to Florence (valid for travel between September 10 to 14).

  Located 60 km from Florence, Pisa’s airport  is connected to Florence by a one-hour train journey.
  
  Guglielmo Marconi Airport in Bologna
  Located 100 km from Florence, Bologna’s airport is connected to Florence by train and bus services.
