Brand Profile

Founded in 1893 by Théodore Cabanel, the Maison begins in Paris with the creation of Eaux de Cologne and refined pocket square fragrances, created with his wife, Méloé. In the 1930s, his daughter continued the tradition, captivating the Parisian elite with elegant and distinctive perfumes.
In 2000, Caroline Ilacqua rediscovered this fascinating history and relaunched the Maison, creating modern, transparent, and joyful fragrances: #beauxparfums, authentic scents that gracefully accompany everyday life, revealing the celebrated French je ne sais quoi.
Today, Théodore Cabanel celebrates the art of perfume with passion, creativity, and humanity. The Maison believes that perfume is essential to well-being and considers it a source of inspiration, relaxation, and joy for the spirit.
