Brand Profile
Founded in 1885 by François Auguste Guerbois, Les Bains Guerbois Spa quickly became the Parisian temple of beauty and wellness. A crossroads for artists and writers, where figures such as Manet, Monet, Zola, Renoir, and Proust mingled with high society. In 1978, already renamed Les Bains Douches, it became one of the most famous nightclubs in the world.
Only in 2015 did the site's heir, Jean-Pierre Marois, transform the establishment into a 5-star boutique hotel, restoring its former identity as an exclusive spa and club. The following year, Marois gave new meaning to Les Bains Guerbois by launching a cologne and a scented candle.
In 2017, the first collection Une Date Une Histoire was born—an olfactory journey into a specific year of Les Bains’ rich history.
In 2022, the Formes & Matières collection was released, a synchronous and multisensory exploration, paying tribute to the shapes and materials of the famous Parisian hotel. Its first three fragrances are Oud Laqué, Damier, and Raku.
