Tsovak Voskanian, an economist, amateur astronomer and independent perfumer founded the company “Voskanian Parfums” LLC in 2018.
Having a primary education in the field of international economic relations, in 2015 Tsovak decided to lay the foundation for production activities. The love for fragrances that came from early childhood became the main driving force behind the idea.
