On the occasion of La Città delle Fragranze - The City of Fragrances, Atelier Parfumèide, the new olfactory design atelier of Italian nose Alba Chiara De Vitis, will be organizing a series of rendezvous dedicated to the world of fragrance in its home in Piazza Savonarola 11R, Florence. A workshop will be staged on Saturday 14 (from 10.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.) entitled Dall'analisi olfattiva alla formulazione-From olfactory analysis to formulation dedicated to presenting the work of the "nose perfumer", discovering the instruments of the composer, the natural and synthetic raw materials, grasping hints of the evocative notes through olfactory analysis and being introduced to the formulation of an essence.
Also on Saturday 14 from 10.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m., the laboratory Estratti naturali e molecole di sintesi-Natural extracts and synthetic molecules will be dedicated to one of the fundamental themes of modern perfumery, the interaction of raw and synthetic raw materials. In the afternoon, from 4.00 to 6.00 p.m., the Legni pregiati-Valuable woods itinerary will focus on the olfactory analysis of raw materials on the notes of rare and precious woods. A special olfactory selection dedicated to the aromatic notes of wines will instead be the protagonist of the itinerary/laboratory Sinestesie: I Vini- Synesthesia: the wines which involves an olfactory analysis of the characteristic bouquets and the formulation of essences that capture their particular nuances scheduled for Sunday 15 September from 10.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. Information and bookings: info@parfumeide.it
