Launches His First Fragrance Collection
Tuscan designer Niccolò Pasqualetti, one of the most compelling voices in contemporary Italian fashion, a finalist for the 2024 LVMH Prize and Guest Designer at the Summer 2025 edition of Pitti Immagine Uomo, is the Special Guest at Pitti Fragranze 2026.
He will present a preview of his first fragrance collection through an installation that translates into olfactory language the aesthetic sophistication and experimental spirit that have always defined his work. The project marks the designer's debut in the world of artistic perfumery while remaining entirely faithful to the coherence of his creative vision.
The collection, set to launch on the market this October, was developed in collaboration with Italian maître parfumeur Cristiano Canali, one of the few "nez" working within a major fragrance composition house such as Mane, based in Milan. The bottles and packaging have also been produced by Italian companies, reaffirming the central role of Made in Italy within Pasqualetti's creative philosophy.
Comprising three fragrances, the collection translates into scent the same principles of inclusivity that define the designer's fashion practice. Moving beyond the traditional notions of "unisex" or "genderless" fragrance, Pasqualetti creates compositions that bring together notes and raw materials historically associated with both masculine and feminine olfactory traditions, giving rise to a new expressive balance. It is a vision that reflects his approach to fashion, summed up in his own words: "I dress the individual, not the gender."
