Susanne Kaufmann began in 2003, in Bezau, in the Bregenzerwald. The Kaufmann family has run Hotel Post since the 1850s, and it was here, developing the hotel's spa, that Susanne first set out to create skincare that matched the results of her treatments outside the treatment room. Unable to find formulas that were both natural and effective, she built her own, drawing on regional botanical knowledge and years of research since.
